Saipua Craft Soap
Saipua means “soap” in Finnish, a nod to the maker's heritage and the tradition of Sauna. The Farm at Worlds End in the Catskills of New York State is home to Saipua, where handmaking small batches of their much-loved bar soaps serves as the backbone of the operation.
Each contains saponified oils of olive, coconut, and castor, with shea butter, and essential oils.
Charcoal + Patchouli features activated charcoal to draw out oils from the skin, making this an excellent complexion soap. Scented with an earthy blend of patchouli and lime essential oil.
Cedarwood is the newest soap to Saipua's lineup, with a grounding aroma of warm and woody cedarwood. The wood was burned by the Greeks and Romans to fragrance the air. The many benefits of cedarwood oil have been used for centuries to promote vitality and soothe the mind.
Clary Sage + Dill features a clean, earthy, and bright scent. It's worth mentioning that smelling clary sage essential oil is known to induce euphoria.
Lavender Oatmeal is a classic combination of lavender essential oil and ground oats, this mild exfoliating soap is terrific for face or body.
Rose Geranium is an intoxicating and uplifting floral essential oil blend focusing on rose geranium.
Saltwater features an essential oil blend creating a scent reminiscent of the ocean. Made with salt and nori. Contrary to popular belief this is not an exfoliating soap; though the salt conditions the water as you shower and creates a creamy and unique lather.
Vetiver + French Clay includes French green clay to gently draw out impurities and tighten the pores. A good facial soap for those with sensitive and oily skin. The essential oil blend focuses on vetiver, a smoky scent, rounded out by the addition of citrus.
